In line with the real estate FIBRAs sector (REITs), we designed the sustainability (ESG) annual reports for four consecutive years. One of the challenges for these projects was to create a modern editorial design while maintaining a reflection of the real estate industry and, above all, the sustainability efforts within the sector. Another important aspect of these tools for investors was the correct integration of the corporate identity in each report to enhance brand recognition. The cover design for 2021 was recognized as one of the top five covers at the a! diseño awards.
