Katapolt Privacy Notice
In accordance with Article 17, Section II of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, we hereby inform you that Katapolt (Llaguno Branding, S.C.) (the “CONTROLLER”), located in Mexico City, with telephone number: (55) 5336-3252 and email address: contacto@katapolt.mx, will process the personal data it collects from the Data Subject (“YOU”) by print, digital, audio, email, online, or in person for the following purposes:
I- Establish a client-supplier or supplier-client relationship.
II- Provide and offer our services and those of our suppliers.
III- Sign employment and confidentiality agreements.
IV- Sending quotes, projects, and original documents, both electronic and physical.
V- Research, market studies, and opinions.
VI- Establishing an employment relationship and evaluating for hiring (only for potential employees).
For these purposes, the following personal data will be processed: first name(s), last name(s), age, address(es), date of birth, telephone number(s), cell phone number(s), email address(es), RFC (Tax Identification Number), company name; financial information of suppliers: bank account(s). We do not collect sensitive data.
If we do not have this information, we would not be able to provide our services or establish a working relationship between the CONTROLLER and YOU.
Rights and How to Limit or Revoke the Use of Information
The CONTROLLER has designated a personal data processor (the “PROCESSOR”), therefore YOU may limit or revoke the use or disclosure of your personal data by contacting the CONTROLLER at the following email address: contacto@katapolt.mx (the “CONTACT EMAIL”).
YOU have the right to access your personal data that we hold and know the details of its processing, rectify it if it is inaccurate or incomplete, delete it if you consider it excessive or unnecessary for the purposes that justified its collection, or object to its processing for specific purposes.
The mechanisms implemented for the exercise of these ARCO rights will be exercised by submitting the respective request, which the CONTROLLER’S PROCESSOR must send to the CONTACT EMAIL, accompanied by the following information:
1. Full name and email address so we can communicate the response.
2. Identity documents (copy of IFE, passport, or other official identification) or, where applicable, documents proving legal representation.
3. A description of the personal data regarding which you seek to exercise any of your ARCO rights.
4. To request a data correction, you must indicate the changes and provide documentation proving the data.
Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred within and outside the country to companies or individuals other than katapolt. In this regard, your information may be shared with individuals or legal entities for the purposes of research, opinions, promotions, marketing, and corporate image required by these third parties.
If you do not express your opposition to the transfer of your personal data, it will be deemed that you have given your consent.

Modifications to the Privacy Notice
The CONTROLLER reserves the right to make modifications or updates to this privacy notice at any time to address legislative or jurisprudential developments, internal policies, new requirements for the provision or offering of our services or products, and market practices.
